So true Mush. There is always something good that you can find in a situation. Sometimes all it needs to make someone's day is a simple "Thank You" said with a genuine smile. It works wonders and if you visit that particular establishment again, chances are that you will be remembered and they go out of the way to serve you. I know coz it happens to me all the time.

All very true, I wish all of us could practice that in real like that would make a real change, surely.

Unfortunately, one seldom bumps into toilet cleaners and if one does so then the toilet cleaners mostly are not able to speak or understand english, must learn cantonese to be able to say that.

Sohail, we can find great people and great things to compliment in any country! Most of our favorite restaurants have great food and excellent service, but we rarely mention that to the manager. There are people in the family who really care, but we often forget to appreciate. And most of us are lucky to have someone we love, but sometimes we take them for granted.
Thanks for visiting and commenting!

Dear Mush, in which country you talking about Thanks.

Wow, very clean taxi!
You guys are really good; the queue is moving so fast! (Check-in counters at the airport)
Good job. Thank you! (Try that with a toilet cleaning staff and see what happens)
The food was nice, service was great and prices were OK too! (Ever asked to see the manager at the end of a great dining experience?)
Thank you so much; I really appreciate that!
