		<description><![CDATA[I don&#039;t think this list defines (or denies) normalcy, most of them are the basics that we need to teach new people (kids) and from then on they need to learn to distinguish right from wrong. For example we teach kids that its NOT OK to talk to strangers. This is considerably a new &quot;rule&quot; born out of necessity to keep up with crazy people out there.
Other points in there seem to point out actions that come out of human vulnerability, and the release of the same when no one is watching :)
