]]> Comment on Michael Norton: Money can buy happiness by farooq Shaikh http://mushpanjwani.com/2012/05/12/michael-norton-money-can-buy-happiness/#comment-6424 Fri, 11 May 2012 22:55:54 +0000 http://mushpanjwani.com/?p=1797#comment-6424 I saw the whole video.He is right..Without being self praising,..I am immediaterly reminded that when I was in school in Karachi,(in the previous century ofcourse), my mom would give me 8 annas(Pak coins…meaning half of a Pak Rupee) everyday for school canteen/soft drinks etc.On certain days,I would take one of he beggars on the street to a roadside foodstalll,, give the money to the stall’s owner or the cashier to give free lunch with 8 annas to the beggar…and then actually see the beggar eat.IT REALLY MADE ME HAPPY.Those meagre 8 annas benefitted the beggar more than would have benefitted me by just having my favourite coke and patties.
